We provide software tools that help construction contractors manage projects, employees, quotes, invoices, materials, and client communications.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company details provided when you register or are invited to the platform.
• Business Data: Project information, quotes, invoices, time entries, expenses, material orders, and related records you and your team create while using the Service.
• Employee Information: For users invited as employees, we may store job title, pay rate, and related employment data entered by your company administrator. Sensitive data (such as SSN or driver's license) is stored in an isolated, access-controlled environment.
• Client Information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and property addresses of your clients, used to deliver quotes, invoices, and portal access.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and activity logs used for security, auditing, and service improvement.
• Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

We send only transactional emails triggered by specific actions within the Service. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional emails. Recipients of emails include:

• Registered users (employees, managers, administrators) receiving invitation and schedule emails
• Clients receiving quotes, invoices, and change orders from contractors who have an existing business relationship with them

Every email we send includes our company name and a reply-to address. If you believe you received an email in error, contact us at the email below and we will investigate and remove the recipient from future sends.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, and as required by law:

• Stripe — processes subscription payments
• Twilio SendGrid — delivers transactional emails on our behalf
• QuickBooks (Intuit) — optional financial syncing when a company connects their QuickBooks account
• Google — maps and geolocation features, when enabled
• Base44 — our application hosting and backend infrastructure provider

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including role-based access controls, encrypted data transmission (TLS), isolated storage for sensitive employee information, short-lived signed URLs for private files, and comprehensive audit logging of sensitive actions. Access to sensitive personal data (SSN, driver's license) is restricted to authorized company administrators and is masked in the interface with audit-logged reveal actions.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain business data for a limited period to allow for export or account reactivation, after which it is deleted. Sensitive employee data is deleted upon request or when no longer required.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
